Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all included parts. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Contact us through our contact form with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back; the address printed on your parcel may not be a return address.

Return shipping

For a change of mind, you pay the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number. We will cover the necessary return shipping or arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the amount paid for the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Items bought as part of a discounted set are refunded at the discounted amount actually paid for those items.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can cancel an order that has not entered processing. If it has already been processed or dispatched, you can request a return under this policy. For an exchange, contact us first so we can explain the available options.
