Shipping policy

Free US shipping

We offer free shipping to the United States on both individual pieces and the Keepsake Set. No minimum order is required.

Delivery timing

Our supplier reports an average shipping time of 8 days after processing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Processing time is additional, and transit can vary with the destination, carrier, customs and holidays. Please allow extra time when ordering for a special occasion.

We will send your tracking details when your order is dispatched. Items may arrive in separate packages.

Delays and delivery issues

If we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, we will contact you with an updated date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If no dispatch timeframe was stated and we cannot ship within 30 days, we will contact you to agree to a delay or refund the unshipped order.

If your tracking has stopped updating, your parcel has not arrived, or your address needs correcting, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
