What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your email, name, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details and payment status to process payment, fulfill your order and provide support. Stripe processes your payment information; ROAMORI does not store full card details.
How your information is used
Order information is shared with our fulfillment provider and shipping carrier only as needed for delivery, and with Stripe for payment processing. The store is hosted on Sites infrastructure. Authorized store administrators can access your order to provide service.
Address suggestions
When you enter a ZIP code, our server sends only the country and ZIP to Zippopotam.us to suggest a city and state. Your name, street address, phone and email are not included in this lookup. Suggestions can be edited.
Signing in to your orders
If you request a sign-in code, we use an email delivery provider to send it to your checkout email. Codes expire after ten minutes. We store a protected code verifier and use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Sign out on shared devices. Only orders associated with your verified email are shown.
Email preferences
Marketing emails, including saved-bag reminders and follow-up offers, require a separate email signup. Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Essential order and sign-in emails continue. Our email provider is Resend.
Your bag and cookies
We save your shopping bag on your device so you can continue browsing. Your cookie preference is stored on your device. If you accept marketing cookies and we have enabled Meta Pixel, browsing and shopping events are sent to Meta to measure advertising. With marketing consent, our server also sends Meta event details, browser identifiers, IP address and browser type. Buyer contact fields are normalized and SHA-256 hashed for ad matching. We use billing details, not a gift recipient’s identity. Advertising delivery logs are retained for up to 30 days.
Your choices
You can choose essential storage only or update your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining marketing cookies does not prevent you from shopping. To request access, correction or deletion of your order information, contact us. We may need to retain information needed for transaction records, disputes or legal obligations.
Security and retention
Store administration requires a separate authorized owner sign-in. We retain order information for fulfillment, support and necessary business records; contact us for an individual retention or deletion request.
