Payments and orders
Payments are processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation. Contact us promptly to request cancellation or an address correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund.
Delivery and returns
Read our shipping and returns policy before ordering. Delivery windows are estimates. If an item arrives damaged or differs from your order, contact us with photographs and your order number.

ROAMORI is an independent shop. References to LISA, Lee Young-ji and No Prepare describe a cultural moment and do not indicate sponsorship, collaboration or endorsement. Hong Thai is a separate brand. Our elephant pants are not represented as the exact product featured in the programme.
